		<description><![CDATA[Doug Mguff said in his speech at the t21c that fat people have little muscle, stating that he thought fat people would have more muscle because theyre essestially always lifting weights, but that is actually not that case.

I think we need to sperate competitive sumo athletes, with people who grind a desk job 40h/per week and eat coco puffs for breakfast, pizza and soda for lunch and big macs for dinner. Theyre not the same.]]></description>

The majority of my posts are all about what it takes to be healthy. This post was specifically for those reading who might be underweight and scared of gaining bodyfat whilst trying to build muscle.
