Reminder: You’re not the thing you do

  • You are not your workout
  • You are not your Wim Hof Method
  • You are not your diet
  • You are not your “movement practice”
  • You are not your Transcendental Meditation
  • You are not your religion
  • You are not ANY of the things you do in your life

The things you do are tools, coping mechanisms really, to help you move through life toward your goals and aspirations. Give them respect, but leave them when they’re useless and do not let them become your identity.
