About

- Was the youngest Superslow™ certified instructor in the known universe.

-Have been a personal trainer for over a decade…I’m still waiting to find a “real” job.

-Have been up to 50lbs heavier than I currently weigh, having lost more than 20 on both high carb and high fat “paleo” diets…this is to say that while I might be naturally lean, I have been overfat. You can read about all of that here.

-Has qualified for Mensa.

-I am currently working toward a graduate degree in  Exercise Science with the intent of obtaining a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist certification from the American College of Sports Medicine.

-I have lectured at the Ancestral Health Symposium 2001, which took place at UCLA. You can view that talk here.
