As the title would suggest, my name is Skyler Tanner. A life-long athlete and an exercise supervisor of nearly a decade, my own curiosities about performance enhancement, mental states for performance, and how the body works have lead to the ideas and viewpoints discussed. Topics will include Body hacks, turning research into practical application, and discussion of theory that I promise won’t make you fall asleep in your latte.
