On Aging with Strength

I love aging research that blows apart the zeitgeist of “normal” aging. I’ve presented on it 2 different times and my graduate work was built around how strength training improves cognitive function in aged populations. I love this stuff.

The videos are available on youtube, but if you’re not interested in sitting through a video, I made an ebook version that covers what I feel are the greatest hits, the things that are the most compelling evidence for strength training as the closest thing we have to a “fountain of youth.” I’ve worked hard to make it an easy read without watering it down.
