I love aging research that blows apart the zeitgeist of “normal” aging. I’ve presented on it 2 different times and my graduate work was built around how strength training improves cognitive function in aged populations. I love this stuff.

Strength training IS the fountain of youth,especially moderately heavy,safely done compound movements! Sadly,many have bought into wussified,non-productive activities
